About

With over two decades of experience as a management consultant specialising in digital communications and marketing, I've consistently remained at the forefront of technological innovation.

In 2020, I founded Veality, a business dedicated to unlocking the potential of emerging XR technologies in business and training. What began as a management consultancy has evolved into a workplace training and professional development practice, with a clear dual focus on Business Management and Emerging Technologies such as XR (Extended Reality) and AI (Artificial Intelligence).

Through Veality, I equip businesses and professionals with the skills to strengthen management capability while confidently adopting innovative technologies that drive growth, adaptability, and competitive advantage.

My active involvement in the immersive technology sector extends to my role as a Committee Member of Immersive Australia, the national industry body supporting the adoption and growth of XR across the country. This position has enabled me to contribute to the direction of the industry while deepening my knowledge and networks within the field.

Alongside my consulting and business practice, I also work as a casual teacher at Chisholm Institute, delivering courses in Leadership and Management. This role allows me to bring real-world experience and emerging technology insights into the classroom, supporting learners to develop leadership capability and adapt to rapidly changing business environments.

As a lifelong learner, I’ve completed postgraduate studies in eBusiness, Communications, Innovation, Entrepreneurship, and Commercial Law. I’ve also earned industry-recognised certifications in Google Analytics and Virtual Reality Design and Development (Unity 3D).

To complement my practical expertise, I hold a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122), ensuring my approach to business training remains up to date, dynamic, practical, and highly effective.

Training Philosophy and Methodology

My training philosophy centres on active engagement, practical application, and continual innovation.

I believe in creating interactive, learner-focused environments where participants are encouraged to experiment, ask questions, and apply their new skills immediately.

Each course is designed to balance theoretical insights with hands-on experiences, ensuring learners gain actionable knowledge that directly translates into tangible workplace outcomes.

Leveraging the latest technology and educational tools, my methodology emphasizes collaborative learning, critical thinking, and creative problem-solving to foster confidence and lasting competence in every participant.
