    • Drafting a simple mentoring plan (scope, ground rules, expectations)

    • Building rapport and trust with a mentee

    You will put what you learned into practice in your workplace, then return to two weeks later for Session Two.

  • Practice, Feedback & Reflection

    • Sharing your mentoring trial experience

    • Feedback models and role-plays

    • Handling challenges and disputes

    • Reflecting on strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, threats (SWOT)

    • Planning your ongoing growth as a mentor
